Tata Motors showcases H5X SUV and 45X hatchback at 2018 Auto Expo

Tata Motors truly stole the show today at the 2018 Auto Expo with what one might call the showstoppers of the entire show. The company revealed the H5X SUV concept and the 45X hatchback concept to the media. These two offerings come from diverse segments and are based on two completely new platforms. The H5X SUV is based on the ‘Optimal Modular Efficient Global Advanced’ Architecture (OMEGA-Arc) while the 45X hatchback is based upon the Agile Light Flexible Advanced’ Architecture (ALFA-Arc). Both these cars are the first to be designed on the Impact 2.0 design philosophy that reflects a sense of purpose coupled with strength and quality.

In the Commercial Vehicles (CV) segment, the all-new Tata Intra – a stylish, feature loaded, compact truck was unveiled by Bollywood Superstar and Tata Motors’ CV business brand ambassador, Akshay Kumar with a grand entry. Also displayed were the SIGNA 4323, India’s first 6-axle rigid truck with a 30-ton payload, the highest in the market and the all-new Ultra T.7, an elegant LCV based on the modular ULTRA platform and with a 1.9-meter, wide cabin.
