Land Rover being local production of the 2019 Range Rover Velar, prices start at ₹72.47 Lakh

Jaguar Land Rover India has announced the start of sale of the locally manufactured Range Rover Velar with prices starting from INR 72.47 Lakh in India. Available in two powertrains, 2.0 l Petrol (247hp) and 2.0 l Diesel (177hp), the locally manufactured Velar offers a seamless blend of reductionism and elegance The Velar’s local manufacturing will now enable Jaguar Land Rover India to gain a competitive edge within the Indian luxury SUV segment said a release from Jaguar Land Rover India.

The Land Rover range in India includes the Discovery Sport (starting at ₹ 44.68 Lakh), Range Rover Evoque (starting at ₹ 52.06 Lakh), All-New Discovery (starting at ₹ 76.94 Lakh), the New Range Rover Velar (starting at ₹ 72.47 Lakh), Range Rover Sport (starting at ₹ 103.74 Lakh) and Range Rover (starting at ₹ 181.86 Lakh) . All prices mentioned are ex-showroom prices in India.
