Mercedes-Benz Opens Two Facilities – 3S Facility in Thane & Showroom in Kandivali
India’s largest Luxury car maker Mercedes-Benz has entered Thane with a massive 3S facility, they have also opened up a luxury showroom at Kandivali and all this in a day. Landmark Cars becomes the latest destination for Mercedes fans and buyers in the City Of Lakes Thane. This massive 3S facility is located on the Ghodbunder Road in Thane and is spread across 83,000 sq.ft with a huge showroom floor that can display 11 cars at a go. The huge showroom also has a huge service center adjoining it that’s ready to take 27 cars on its bays for maintenance and repairs. Annually 6000 cars can be serviced at this service facility.
The facilities were inaugurated by Mr. Roland Folger MD & CEO Mercedes-Benz India and Mr. Sanjay Thakker Chairman Landmark Cars.

Landmark Cars has 145 trained staff at their facility here to carter to customers from Thane, Dombivali, Bhiwandi, Kalyan, Borivali, Dahisar, Vasai and Virar. This biggest 3S facility in Thane was built over a period of 24 months and Rs.18 crores have been invested for it. The Thane facility also boasts of a dedicated S-Lounge, Cafe Mercedes, Boutique area, Premiere Express service among other facilities.
On the other hand the brand new dealership at Kandivali is spread across 7,500 sq. ft. and has a 6 car display area with dedicated Cafe Mercedes and Boutique area.
With these facilities joining the list the German car maker now has 92 outlets spread across 45 cities.
