$12.5 Million Sticker Price for the only Road Legal Ferrari FXX

Ferrari-FXX-Street-Legal

Despite of Ferrari producing just 38 units of the FXX, just one of them was converted for street use. Being sold for a whopping £9,999,999 ($12,490,000), the Enzo-based track machine is located in the United Kingdom and could become the perfect gift for the car collector who has them all! With a black cloth interior finished in Rosso Corsa, it also gets the main beam lights, turn signals, horn, handbrake, a softer suspension with ride height adjustment and tires homologated for the road.

There’s some good news to all the owners too…It comes with original parts, with Ferrari having carried out the entire work. This indeed is of great help if the owner wants to convert it. The additional documentation and photographs will be a great plus point then.
With a 6.3-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine, it feeds 850 horsepower to the rear axle, through a 6-speed sequential transmission, and allows it to hit 60 mph (96 km/h) from a standstill in just 2.5 seconds, and a top speed of 247 mph (398 km/h). Ferrari swapped the engine’s hydraulic valve tappets for mechanical ones, fitted new camshafts, redesigned the intake manifolds, and ditched the road car’s mufflers.

Looking at the driving modes and seating arrangement, we see that the car still does its shifting through a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. But here, it’s armed with four unique drive modes: Qualify (maximum beans for a limited number of laps), Long Run (optimizes consistency), Manual Boost (F1-style deployment of KERS boost), and Fast Charge (focuses powertrain management on charging the battery). The driver and passenger sit in full-blown racing seats with harnesses; predictably, carbon fiber is everywhere you look in the cabin.

This Ferrari FXX is joined by 2 MoT certificates, and the service receipts from a Ferrari dealer, which prove that it was serviced in 2015 and 2016. Thus, we come to a conclusion that car lovers with a penchant for owning expensive beasts can find a pretty catch in this exorbitantly-priced Ferrari.
