2024 Maruti Suzuki SWIFT Launched at Rs. 6.49 Lakh, Gets a Brand New 1.2L Engine with 25.75KMPL ARAI Fuel Efficiency figure
Maruti Suzuki has launched the fourth generation Swift in the country with prices starting at Rs. 6.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The car gets a host of updates alongside a new petrol engine. Prices for the New Swift range from Rs. 6.49 Lakh to Rs. 9.64 Lakh for the fully loaded top end trim. There are two new colours too, namely Luster Blue and Novel Orange.
Other colours include Sizzling Red, Pearl Arctic White, Magma Grey, and Splendid Silver. Further, there are three dual-tone colours to choose from – Lustre Blue with Midnight Black roof, Sizzling Red with Midnight Black roof, and Pearl Arctic White with Midnight Black roof. Customers can choose from five variants, namely LXi, VXi, VXi(O), ZXi, and ZXi+.

In terms of looks the New Swift continues with its rounded body styling with LED DRL in the new design headlamps, new smart looking black grille, redesigned bumper, new alloy wheels, character lines on the side profile, regular placed door handles, new design LED tail lamps, new design rear bumper.
In terms of interiors the New Swift gets a new 9 inch touchscreen AVN system, new instrument cluster, wireless mobile charger, rear AC vents, Arkyms sound system, type C charge port, new dashboard with a Piano Black treatment and Satin Matte Silver inserts, asymmetric dials for the instrument console, cruise control, wireless phone mirroring, Suzuki Connect, rear AC vents, 60:40 split rear seats, keyless entry, six airbags, ESP, brake assist, three-point seatbelts with reminder for all seats, and a reverse parking camera.

Powering the New Swift is a Brand New 1.2L 3-Cylinder Z Series engine that makes 80bhp and 112Nm of power and torque with ARAI fuel efficiency of 24.80kmpl for MT and 25.75kmpl for the AMT AT.
In terms of safety the New Swift will come with 6-airbags as standard along with 3-point seatbelts across all trims.
