Honda Elevate SUV Bookings Open Now, Deliveries begin from September 23

Honda Cars India has opened the Pre launch bookings for its upcoming SUV the Elevate. Interested buyers can book the Honda Elevate by paying ₹21,000 as booking amount across all authorized Honda dealerships in India as well as from Honda’s online sales platform Honda from Home. India will be the First market to launch the Elevate during the festive season this year when deliveries begin from September.

The Elevate is a very important car model for Honda as this would be its comeback model for India. In terms of exteriors the Elevate sports the new Honda face along with sweptback headlamps, LED DRLs,  a large grille with chrome inserts, l inserts around the fog lights, 16-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, wraparound two-piece LED tail lights, reflector strip connecting both the tail lights on the boot lid, faux skid plates finished in silver, roof rails, and a shark-fin antenna.

In terms of interiors the Honda Elevate will come equipped with an electric sunroof, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, LaneWatch tech, VSA, HSA, dual airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, wireless charging, automatic climate control, cruise control, and a seven-inch instrument cluster and the ADAS safety pack.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Yuichi Murata, Director, Marketing and Sales, Honda Cars India Ltd said, “The Honda Elevate has received tremendous response since its World Premiere in June 2023. We are excited to announce the opening of pre-launch bookings today for this strongly anticipated model, which will go on sale in September’23. Through meticulous research and extensive customer feedback, we have designed this car to cater to the evolving needs and desires of our target audience. We are confident that the new model Elevate is poised for tremendous success in the market.”

Powering the Honda Elevate is the Honda City derived 1.5-litre iVtec petrol engine mated with a six-speed manual unit and a CVT transmission option. This engine is tuned to develop an output of 119bhp and 145Nm of torque. Honda has said there won’t be an hybrid version of the Elevate but there could be an all Electric version in 2026.

The Honda Elevate goes up in the stiffly cooperated Mid Sized SUV segment where it goes up against the likes of the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos (facelift launches on 4th July), Skoda Kushaq, Toyota Hyryder, Volkswagen Taigun, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara.
