LIVE – Hyundai launches the 2020 Tucson priced at Rs. 22.30 Lakh
Hyundai has launched the latest generation of the Tucson Premium SUV in India today with prices starting at Rs. 22.30 Lakh. This is the 3rd generation of the Hyundai Tucson and was unveiled at the 2020 Auto Expo earlier this year in New Delhi. Hyundai launched the 2020 Tucson virtually on various social media platforms using a unique digital platform.

The 2020 Hyundai Tucson is available in four body color options – Polar White, Typhoon Silver, Phantom Black, Starry Night.
The Hyundai Tucson has over 6.5 million customers worldwide and now comes back in its latest avatar. In terms of styling the 2020 Tucson gets a large signature cascade design grille in all chrome, unique design Penta Projector all LED headlights, unique fog lamps, LED DRL. The sides get unique character lines that give it a nice muscular look. The fenders come with faux fiber cladding while the Tucson drives on R18 Diamond cut alloys.
The rear profile comes with unique design slim style LED tail lamps, slim reflectors and twin exhausts placed on the right corner. The boot lid also comes with a large spoiler and LED stop lamp completing the rear profile. The 2020 Hyundai Tucson comes with an electric panoramic sunroof and shark-fin antenna.
The insides of the 2020 Hyundai Tucson comes with first-in-segment features such as Power Adjustable Front Seats (Passenger – 8 Way, Driver -10 way), Infinity Premium Sound System (8 Speakers), Hands Free Power Tailgate & Wireless Charger to name a few. Also included on the feature list is the Dual-Zone FATC with Rear AC vents and Electronic Parking Brake and also wireless phone charger.
The 2020 Hyundai Tucson comes with Floating Type 20.32 cm HD Touch Screen Infotainment AVN that comes loaded with features that include Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and Voice Recognition features. The Tucson also gets the renowned Hyundai BluLink feature that allows to remotely Lock /unlock & even start the Engine/AC using smartphone/ smart watch. Also the vehicle can be Tracked down & immobilized with just a touch of button. Powering the Hyundai Tucson are two BS-6 engines, the Petrol Tucson comes powered with the Nu 2.0L gasoline engine with 152Ps of power output and 196Nm of torque mated with a 6-speed automatic transmission. The Diesel engine is the R2.0L oilburner that makes 185Ps of power and 408Nm of torque. This engine gets mates to a all new 8-speed automatic transmission. You also get the HTRAC 4WD system on the top end diesel version.
