LIVE – Maruti Suzuki XL6 Premium MPV Launched at ₹9.79 Lakh

Maruti Suzuki India’s numero uno carmaker has launched their Premium MPV the XL6 today in India with prices starting at ₹9.79 Lakh Ex Showroom. The Maruti Suzuki XL6 will be only available in the Petrol version across 360 Nexa dealerships around the country.

The Maruti Suzuki XL6 is based on the latest generation Ertiga and is available in six colours options. The XL6 is available in two trim options – Alpha & Zeta.

In terms of exteriors, the Maruti Suzuki XL6 retains the basic body design styling of the Ertiga with a all new styled face along with body cladding all around and a redesigned rear profile. The new styled face on the XL6 gets a all new imposing design grille flanked by quad-LED headlamps mating the sculpted bonnet with faux skid plates and LED fog lamps.

The side profile is highlighted by the blacked-out wing mirrors and roof rails. The rear detailing on the XL6 is highlighted by LED light-guides for the taillights and a revised bumper with silver faux skid plates.

On the inside the Maruti Suzuki XL6 comes with the middle row that has captain seats instead of bench seats with an all black theme on the interiors. The dashboard and door pads on the XL6 come with premium stone accents and silver highlights.

In terms of features the Maruti Suzuki XL6 gets automatic projector headlamps, Cruise Control, touchscreen infotainment system with the latest generation Smart Play studio, climate control with second row vents, dual front airbags and ABS with EBD, hill hold (AT model), ISOFIX anchor points to name a few.

Powering Maruti Suzuki XL6 is the latest BS-6 1.5-litre K-Series petrol engine that produces 103.5bhp of power and hits out 138Nm of torque. Transmission option on the XL6 can be had with either a 5-speed manual or a four-speed AT option. This engine also comes with the SHVS mild-hybrid system.
