MG adds Level 2 ADAS to the ZS EV Electric priced at ₹27.90 Lakh
MG Motor bas launched the ZS EV Electric that now comes with Level 2 ADAS. The 2023 MG ZS EV is priced at ₹27.89 Lakh for an introductory period and is available in four colours: Glaze Red, Aurora Silver, Starry Black, and Candy White. This now becomes the top of the line variant of the ZS EV.
The MG ZS EV’s Autonomous Level 2 (ADAS) technology has 17 safety features and works on three levels of sensitivity – low, medium and high, and three levels of warning – haptic, audio and visual, enhances the driving experience and safety of the passengers. ADAS Level 2 includes Traffic Jam Assist (TJA), Forward Collision Warning (FCW), Speed Assist System (SAS) alerts, Lane Functions, Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC).
The MG ZS EV has an overall drive range of 461 km on a single charge on its 50.3kWh battery that makes a power output of 176PS.
In terms of looks the MG ZS EV comes with full LED Hawkeye headlamps and LED tail lamps. driving on R17 Tomahawk hub design alloy, and the SUV comes in three variants: Excite, Exclusive, and Exclusive Pro.
In terms of interiors the 2023 MG ZS EV comes with Dual-tone Iconic ivory theme and a Dark Grey theme, first-in-segment rear AC vent and a panoramic sunroof.
In terms of safety the 2023 MG ZS EV comes with 360-degree around view camera with rear parking sensors, Hill Descent Control (HDC), 6 airbags (dual, front, side, and curtain), electronic stability control, a tyre pressure monitoring system, and a hill-start assist.
MG ZS EV rivals the likes of Hyundai Kona and BYD Atto 3 among other electric SUVs in India.
