New Bajaj Chetak Electric – Reloaded with Extra Oomph

Bajaj Chetak electric was initially launched in the year 2019 post which many electric two wheelers launched in the market. In a bid to stay competitive, Bajaj has relaunched the Chetak with significant updates, ensuring it remains at the forefront of the market. Bajaj Auto introduced the 2024 Chetak Premium and Urbane variants in its electric two-wheeler lineup, priced at Rs. 1,15,001 and Rs. 1,35,463 (ex-showroom) respectively. Explore enhanced features with the optional TecPac package for an upgraded riding experience.

The Premium variant now boasts a notable upgrade with a sleek five-inch TFT screen. Additionally, the e-scooter achieves a higher top speed of 73kmph, and the enhanced 3.2kWh battery provides an extended range of 127km, a substantial improvement from its previous capabilities.

The Chetak Premium now comes with an onboard 800W charger, enabling a quick 15.6 km range in just 30 minutes. Additional features in this variant encompass self-cancelling blinkers, intuitive left and right control switches, an electronic handle lock, and a convenient seat opening switch. Furthermore, practicality is enhanced with an expanded boot space, addressing user needs effectively.

Choosing the TecPac for the Chetak Premium adds extra perks, including turn-by-turn navigation, onscreen music controls, call alerts, hill hold control, reverse mode, and customizable display themes. Interestingly, these features are available for the Urbane variant as well through the TecPac, which also boosts its top speed from 63kmph to 73kmph.
