Suzuki Motorcycle India introduces the 25th Anniversary Celebration Edition Hayabusa at Rs. 17.70 Lakh
Suzuki has launched the 25th Anniversary Celebration Edition for its iconic Superbike the Hayabusa in India. This special edition version is priced at Rs. 17.70 lakh (ex-showroom) which as per Suzuki pays homage to Hayabusa’s legacy, which was first introduced in 1998 at the Intermot show in Germany.
The special edition model costs Rs. 80,000 more than the standard model, which is priced at Rs. 16.90 lakh (ex-showroom). The Hayabusa is Suzuki’s flagship superbike model in India.
The Suzuki Hayabusa 25th Anniversary Celebration Edition comes with added Special Edition bling to it which includes the orange and black paint scheme with an anodised golden drive chain and front inner disc rotors.
It also gets a special 25th-anniversary emblem and a 3D Suzuki logo on the fuel tank, 25th-anniversary engraving on the exhaust canister and the Hayabusa Kanji logo on the drive chain. Furthermore, the single-seat tail cowl is offered as standard on this celebratory edition.
On the technical front the special edition model receives no mechanical updates and the heart remains the same which is the 1,340cc, in-line four-cylinder motor that produces 190bhp at 9,700rpm and 142Nm at 7,000rpm. The engine comes mated to a six-speed gearbox.
The Hayabusa also comes with tech features like the Suzuki Intelligent Ride System (S.I.R.S.) with the traction control system and a bi-directional quickshifter.
The 25th Anniversary Model of the Flagship Motorcycle Hayabusa is now available at Suzuki dealerships with prices from Rs. 17,70,000/- (Ex-showroom Delhi).
