Bajaj Triumph refutes the inflated On Road pricing of the Triumph Speed 400, issues a official statement

The Triumph Speed 400 that was launched a few days back has already been a super hit in terms of its pricing, VFM and for its overall packaging that it has to offer. A few posts were made Online claiming that the dealers have been charging ₹46,553 as road tax, ₹17,000 as delivery charges, ₹23,592 as Insurance and ₹8500 as some Intro Kit which takes up the final on road price for the lovely motorcycle to ₹3,38,598/- which is more than ₹1.10 Lakh over its ex showroom price.

This put the wannabe buyers of the motorcycle into a spot of worry. The bike maker has issued a press statement clearing the clouds on this issue.

Replying to some posts being made on the inflated on road price for the Triumph Bajaj Speed 400, the motorcycle maker has issued a press note stating that the on-road prices are not yet released by the company and they stand by the ex showroom prices that they made official that of ₹2.33 Lakh ex showroom and ₹2.23 Lakh for the 1st 10,000 bookings, the company has also asked to ignore the posts doing rounds of inflated prices assuring the On Road price for the Speed 400 would be in line with its other products and industry norms.
