Ducati Launches Scrambler Mach 2.0 at ₹ 8.52 Lakh

Ducati has launched the latest version of the Scrambler in India and priced it at ₹ 8.52 Lakh ex showroom. The Ducati Scrambler Mach 2.0 becomes the latest motorcycle to join the Scrambler lineup in India. Over the standard Scrambler, the Mach 2.0 gets a special paint scheme that’s created by Californian designer Roland Sands which uses colours inspired by the West Coast style of the 1970s. There are styling upgrades as well over the standard Scrambler model.

The new Ducati Scrambler Mach 2.0 comes with cross-section aluminium handlebars, a Flat Track Pro seat, black exhaust and cylinder head covers. Also included on the Mach 2.0 package are cafe racer style brushed cooling fins. Ducati has named this the Scrambler Mach 2.0 after the iconic Ducati Mach 1 250 of 1965. The iconic Mach 1 was a 250 cc single-cylinder engine motorcycle and used the same engine on the Scrambler 250. The Mach 1 was capable of doing speeds of over 160 kmph, and was the fastest quarter-litre of its time.

The Ducati Scrambler Mach 2.0 comes powered with a 803 cc twin-cylinder Desmodue Euro 4 compliant engine that is tuned to produce 72 bhp @ 8250 rpm and makes 67 Nm of peak torque @ 5750 rpm. The motorcycle comes with a 6-speed gearbox.

The Ducati Scrambler Mach 2.0 is available on sale across all seven Ducati dealerships that are located in Mumbai,Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kolkata and Kochi. The Ducati Scambler family in India includes the Scrambler Icon, Scrambler Desert Sled, Scrambler Classic, Scrambler Full Throttle and Scrambler Cafe Racer and the Scrambler Mach 2.0.
