Ford Offers Repair Support to Rain Affected Cars of Mumbai & East India

The heavy rains of the 29th August left a lot of cars affected in Mumbai and other parts. Ford India have issued a release stating repair support to the rain hit cars from the brand in Mumbai and East India. The company is offering Special benefits include a free of cost engine oil replacement on affected cars; 50% discount on anti-rust coating on under-body. Ford is also going to absorb 50% of  customers’ liability on damaged parts for which insurance is claimed.They have also instructed the dealerships in the affected area to stay open for extended hours to fasten the repair-service of the affected cars.

N Prabhu, Vice President for customer service at Ford India, said.  “At Ford, we are committed to treat our customers like members of our own family. We understand that unexpected floods would have caused financial strain to some of our customers and are happy to assist them,”
