Kia launches a vehicle leasing program in collaboration with Orix

Kia India has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Orix for the ‘Kia Lease’ program.

Kia India, along with Orix Auto Infrastructure Services, has introduced a new ownership program aimed at enhancing customer experience. Through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the companies have launched “Kia Lease” to offer customers an alternative method of owning a Kia vehicle without the hassle of maintenance, insurance, or resale concerns.

The initiative’s first phase has been rolled out in key cities like Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Pune. Myung-sik Sohn, Chief Sales Officer at Kia India, highlighted the global trend of leasing and its growing popularity in India, particularly among modern consumers seeking flexible mobility solutions at attractive price points.

With the industry forecasting 100% growth in the next 4-5 years, Kia India expects its leasing service to surpass industry growth rates, thanks to its diverse product range and service offerings. This move into leasing not only enhances the company’s brand image but also creates additional sales opportunities.
