Maruti Suzuki Eeco is the Highest Selling Van selling 10 Lakh units

Maruti Suzuki Eeco van has achieved the milestone of selling 10 lakh units since its launch in 2010. This now makes the Maruti Suzuki Eeco the highest-selling van in the country and currently rules the segment garnering  a market share of 94 per cent.

Maruti Suzuki sells the Eeco across 13 variants which is available as a five- and a seven-seater, cargo, tour, and ambulance. Powering the Maruti Suzuki Eeco is the 1.2-litre K-series dual jet, petrol engine producing 80bhp and 104.4Nm of torque. The engine is also also available in CNG option which makes 71bhp and 95Nm of torque. Transmission option is the five-speed manual unit on offer and the claimed fuel efficiency of the Eeco is 19.71kmpl in petrol and 26.78km/kg in CNG mode.

The vehicle also offers a simple yet practical list of features such as reclining front seats and cabin air-filter in the A/C variants. Additionally, the vehicle offers over 11 safety features such as an engine immobiliser, illuminated hazard switch, dual airbags, and ABS with EBD.
