Skoda releases interior sketches of the upcoming Vision 7S Electric Concept

Skoda has released official sketch images of the interiors of the upcoming Vision 7S Electric Vehicle. Some time back the car maker had shared exterior sketches of the Vision 7S. The upcoming Skoda Vision 7S will introduce the car makers new design language for the very first time. Skoda will unveil the Vision 7S Concept EV globally on the 30th of August. Earlier sketches that were released shows the space and design of the cabin area for the Concept EV which is modern, simplistic and practical.

The image released shows the EV’s symmetrical wraparound design of the dashboard which will give a sense of security and comfort to the passenger. the styling reaches the doors which emphasizes the sheer width of the cabin area. The biggest attraction on the cabin area of the Vision 7S Concept is its free standing touchscreen infotainment system which is placed vertically , a first for any Skoda car model.

Also seen is a new design steering wheel with vertical spokes and a flat upper and lower section that looks unique and catchy which also will give the driver a clear view of the digital instrument cluster. Skoda claims that the Concept EV comes with two modes for the cabin, one being the Drive mode while the other being the Relax mode. These modes will automatically adjust the steering wheel and the dashboard with the Touch screen flipping from horizontal to vertical mode. Just below the touchscreen system is seen a large rotary control which is equipped with haptic feedback and also seen are large buttons and a scroll wheel which form the control panel in all. The centre console also gets storage compartments which also includes a wireless charging dock.
