20,000 Bookings for 2017 Hyundai Verna in 2 months
The Next Gen Hyundai Verna has received 20,000 bookings and 150,000 enquiries in 2 months from launch, this was announced today by the Korean car maker. The Next Gen Hyundai Verna has also become the segment leader outselling the Honda City and the Maruti Suzuki Ciaz in consecutive 2 months (Sept-Oct).

It may be recalled Hyundai had received a huge order for the 2017 Verna from the Middle East. 10,501 Hyundai Vernas will be exported to the Middle East from India.The Next Gen VERNA will also be exported to South Africa, other Gulf and Asian countries from the beginning of the year 2018 and will be a shining star in the Hyundai product portfolio across the globe. The Next Gen Verna was launched on 22nd August in Delhi. The All New Hyundai Verna is built on the K2 Platform that is also used by the New Elantra. The New Verna comes in one engine option each for Petrol and Diesel. The 1.6Liter Gamma Petrol and 1.6Liter U2 CRDIi Diesel engine come with an option of 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission options on the sedan. Hyundai has loaded the All New Verna till the brim with a long list of features including many segment 1st making it one of the most feature loaded car in the segment. Prices for the New Verna start at Rs. 7.99 Lakh for the base Petrol MT and Rs. 9.19 Lakh for the base Diesel MT Ex Mumbai.
