2019 Maruti Suzuki Ignis Launched
Maruti Suzuki has launched the 2019 Ignis today with prices starting at Rs. 4.79 Lakh Ex showroom Delhi. The 2019 Ignis comes with added features inside out and will be available in four trims only in Petrol.
The 2019 Maruti Suzuki Ignis comes with added safety features which include Reverse Parking Assist System, Co-Driver Seat Belt Reminder and High Speed Alert System as standard features across all the variants. Changes on the outside include the addition of roof rails on the Zeta and Alpha variants.
Other safety equipment already loaded to the Ignis include dual front airbags, ABS and EBD, seat belt pre-tensioners with force limiters and ISOFIX – child seat restraint system as standard fitments. The Ignis is also compliant for frontal offset, side impact and yet to be introduced pedestrian safety crash regulations.
Coming to the trim and their prices the 2019 Ignis Sigma with manual transmission which is the entry level model comes in at Rs. 4.79 Lakh, the Delta trim comes in at Rs. 5.40 Lakh for the manual and Rs. 5.87 Lakh for the AGS (AMT automatic), the Zeta trim is priced at Rs. 5.82 Lakh for the manual and Rs. 6.29 Lakh for the AMT automatic. The top of the line fully loaded Alpha manual trim comes in at Rs. 6.67 Lakh while the Alpha Automatic is priced at Rs. 7.14 Lakh, all prices Ex Showroom Delhi.

Technically the 2019 Ignis remains the same and comes powered by the 1.2L 4-cylinder Petrol engine with 82PS of power and 113Nm of torque mated to 5-speed manual and AMT automatic transmission option.
