Datsun launches service packages for its customers – ‘Datsun CARE’

Nissan had revived its old ‘Datsun’ brand three years back and launched it in the Indian market to target the entry level car buyers. Recently, it had launched the Redi-GO hatchback in the budget hatchback segment. Now to commemorate the third anniversary of the brand’s launch in India, Datsun has introduced a new service package plan for Redi-GO owners across India.

The first service package plan ‘Datsun CARE’ has been issued to Datsun redi-GO brand ambassador and Olympic medallist Sakshi Malik.

Jerome Saigot, Vice President, Datsun India said, “The introduction of Datsun CARE is our endeavour to strengthen our relationship with redi-Go customers across India.  Datsun CARE aims to provide complete peace of mind and a hassle-free ownership experience. We are delighted that Datsun redi-GO’s success has steadily boosted brand awareness and we expect it will continue to drive sales and the brand’s popularity in 2017”.

Customers get to save up to 10% on periodic and general repairs if they go and opt for the Datsun CARE comprehensive service package. Other benefits worth Rs.5000 are also included along with the package. In addition to the obvious costing savings, almost 100% of parts come under the package coverage. A 24/7 roadside assistance is also thrown in along with the package and the same is transferable to the second owner when the car is sold. Not only periodic service parts are covered under the scheme, but also the associated labor and taxes. There are other important value additions such as replacement of brake and clutch components, once a year wiper blades replacement, alignment & balancing, exterior washing and cleaning.

The customers can opt out of three service packages offered:

3 years / 30000 kms – INR 15000
4 years / 40000 kms – INR 21500
5 years / 50000 kms – INR 32000
