Honda Motorcycles & Scooters (HMSI) Update the CB Unicorn, CB Shine, CD110 Dream & NAVi

Honda Motorcycles & Scooters India (HMSI) have updated their lineup for 2019. The models receiving the update include the CB Unicorn, CB Shine, CD Dream and NAVi.

The 2019 CB Unicorn 150 now comes with ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) along with tubeless tyres, stylish meter console with blue illumination and seal chain for increased convenience and durability. The CB Unicorn ABS has been priced at Rs 78,815 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The engine specifications of all the 4 models updated remain the same. The 2019 CB Unicorn comes powered by a 149.2 cc engine that puts out a maximum power of 12.73 bhp at 8,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 12.8 Nm at 5,500 rpm.

The 2019 CB Shine CBS as the name suggests now comes with Combined Braking System (CBS) as a new addition along with equalizer. The 2019 CB Shine CBS is available at Rs 58,338 (ex-showroom, Delhi).  The 2019 CB CB Shine CBS comes powered with a 124.73cc engine that puts out a maximum power of 10.16 bhp at 7500 rpm and a maximum torque of 10.30 Nm at 5,500 rpm.

The 2019 CD110 Dream DX CBs too as the name suggests now comes with Combi-Brake system with equalizer. Apart from this the motorcycle now also gets  silver 5 spoke alloy wheels, chrome handle bar & carrier, painted- front fender, cowl & tail cowl, clear winkers and graphics. The 2019 CD110 CBS is available at a starting price of Rs 50,028 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The 2019 CD110 Dream CBS comes powered by a 109.19cc engine that puts out a maximum power of 8.31bhp at 7500rpm and a maximum torque of 9.09 Nm at 7500 rpm.

The 2019 NAVi CBS now comes updated with Combi-Braking system on it and is priced at Rs. 47,110 (ex showroom Delhi). The 2019 NAVi CBS comes powered by a 109.19 cc engine that puts out a maximum power of 7.9 bhp at 7,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 8.94Nm at 5,500 rpm.

The launch of the new variants of these Honda two-wheelers is to ensure compliance with the government’s mandate about ABS for two-wheelers with engine capacity of 125cc and above and CBS for those with an engine capacity less than 125 cc. The new safety norms come into effect next month.
