Skoda Octavia Onyx Launched at 19.99Lakh
Skoda has today launched the Octavia Oynx at ₹19.99 Lakh for the 1.8 TSI DSG Automatic Petrol while they 2.0L DSG Automatic Diesel is priced at ₹21.99 Lakh.
The Skoda Octavia Onyx is available in three body color options – Candy White, Race Blue (New) and Corrida Red (New).
In terms of exteriors the Skoda Octavia Onyx comes with distinctive all-black design elements which includes black front butterfly grille with chrome surrounds, Quadra headlamps with CystalGlo LED daytime running lights. The sides on the Octavia Onyx come with carbon back door foils, glossy black R (16) Premia alloy wheels and wing mirror housings. The rear on this special edition Octavia Oynx gets the C shaped illumination and glossy black spoiler.
On the inside the Skoda Octavia Onyx comes with premium black leather upholstery and décor, three-spoke SuperSport flat-bottom multifunction steering wheel with paddle-shift and black perforated leather, twelve-way electrically-adjustable driver and front passenger seats, with lumbar support and three programmable memory functions for the driver seat.
Powering the Skoda Octavia Onyx Petrol is the 1.8 TSI (automatic seven-speed DSG) that produces an power output of 180 PS and a torque output of 250 Nm (between 1,250 and 5,000 rpm) while delivering a claimed fuel efficiency of 15.1 kmpl. It achieves 0 to 100 km/hr in 7.7 seconds and a top speed of 233 km/hr. The Diesel version gets its power from the 2.0 TDI that makes 143 PS power and comes with an automatic six-speed DSG, as standard. The diesel engine option achieves a maximum torque of 320 Nm (between 1,750 and 3,000 rpm) and does 0 to 100 km/hr in 9.2 seconds, a top speed of 213 km/hr, and am claimed fuel average 19.5 kmpl.
