Toyota Innova Hycross prices start at Rs. 18.30 Lakh while Pure Hybrid priced at Rs. 24.01 Lakh
Toyota has announced the prices for the Innova Hycross that start at Rs. 18.30 Lakh for the base G Trim in Petrol. The Strong Hybrid version of the Hycross start with the VX trim that is priced at Rs. 24.01 Lakh while the fully loaded ZX (O) trim for the strong hybrid version you will have to spend Rs. 28.97 Lakh.

The price difference between the Petrol GX and the strong-hybrid VX commands is around Rs five lakh. The Hycross is available in a choice of eight-seater configuration which gets three-seater benches for second and third row or a seven-seater with captain seats in the second row. For that, the premium is Rs 5,000 only. The Hycross G variant is exclusive to fleet owners making the GX variant the only one in pure petrol.
Powering the Toyota Innova Hycross is the new 2-litre petrol engine with the added choice of a strong-hybrid version, the latter being more powerful and fuel-efficient than the non-hybrid. Toyota claims that the hybrid to come with a fuel efficiency of 21.1kmpl, which if seen in real drive conditions will be around 1000kms of total drive distance on a single tank full.
In terms of features Toyota has loaded the Hycross with a long list of goodies which include premium features like panoramic sunroof, a 10-inch touchscreen system with connected car tech, JBL sound system, a seven-inch digital driver’s display, dual zone climate control and ventilated front seats. The top-spec ZX(O) variant gets the Ottoman seats in the second row with power adjustment and extended leg rest.
In terms of safety the Hycross gets advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), featuring adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning and lane-keep assist. Other aids include a blind spot monitor, a 360-degree camera and electronic parking brake with auto-hold.
The Toyota Innova Hycross goes up against the likes of the Tata Safari, Mahindra XUV 7OO, Kia Carins, MG Hector +, Hyundai Alcazar and also the Kia Carnival to an extent.
