2018 Auto Expo – Toyota to Unveil Yaris Sedan

As the country gears up for India Auto Expo 2018, Toyota Kirloskar Motor too is setting stage to showcase its premium new launches, facelifts & concepts. Conceptually designed as a “City to Come” which defines Toyota’s ideal image of “a city” from India‘s immediate future, the Toyota pavilion will be situated at Hall No 10 in the Auto Expo 2018. Toyota’s exhibits cover a wider range with “Today, Tomorrow and Future“, infusing multi-folds and exciting novelty under Environment, Safety & Connected Technologies.

Tayota says, While the “Today” precinct showcasing the existing Toyota line-ups, the “Tomorrow” displaying the reveals at the Expo and the “Future” corner unfolding varied conceptual models highlighting futuristic breakthrough technologies that Toyota has been working on to realize a better mobility driven by Smarter, Safer and Greener mobility with a vision to enable limitless move for all with no impurities.

Toyota will also unveil the Yaris sedan at this years Auto Expo. The Yaris will compete with the likes of the Honda City, Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, Hyundai Verna, VW Vento, Skoda Rapid. It is rumored that Toyota will launch the Yaris in India with a 107hp and 1.5-litre petrol engine and no Diesel engine option to begin with.
